What data does CoverProof access?
We access only security configuration data: user counts, MFA status, device protection status, firewall rules, and backup settings. We never access email contents, files, or personal data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure and conduct regular security audits.
How long does the assessment take?
The initial assessment takes 2-5 minutes depending on how many systems you connect. Results are available immediately.
Can I share reports with my insurance broker?
Yes! You can generate PDF reports or create shareable links to send directly to your broker or underwriter.
What if I disconnect an integration?
When you disconnect an integration, we immediately revoke our access tokens and delete the associated data within 24 hours.
Do you support multi-tenant/MSP deployments?
